NO CAP is a women-owned service production company built around care — for the work, the client, and every crew member involved in the process.  With a tight and sustainable setup, we stay close to every production, offering a hands-on and highly responsive approach. We deliver to international standards with fast turnarounds, while creating an environment that feels supportive and enjoyable to be part of. 

We are based in Bratislava offering servicing your commercial, branded content or music video in Central Europe across Slovakia, Austria and Czech republic. 

Our success is built on the expertise of local Heads of Department and crews who regularly work on high-end international feature films and commercial productions. We provide access to some of the most sought-after professionals in the region—including Directors of Photography, Production Designers, Stylists, and MUAH artists—who are experienced in meeting Western creative standards and efficient workflows.

We partner with top-tier rental houses to ensure access to the latest production technology, including cutting-edge camera systems like the Arri Alexa 35, along with comprehensive lighting and grip packages required for any scale of project.

While the Central European region may appear homogenous, we leverage extensive casting networks across Slovakia, Czechia, Hungary, Poland, and in some cases also European wide casting. This broad regional approach allows us to successfully secure a diverse and highly specific cast that meets the nuanced requirements of international briefs.
